Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Quality Is Our Top Priority: As we all know, quality is absolutely the foundation for a company. If the quality is not good enough, other development capabilities, creativity, and service are meaningless. Therefore, our company puts quality control in first place. Under the premise of ensuring quality, we combine market trends and some popular elements to develop new product series. Last but not least, our QA and QC are familiar with the product regulations of different countries. They strictly follow these product regulations to ensure quality control during each stage of production.
Quality Control Procedures
Please don't worry about the quality because our products are checked during production by the QC in the factory and our company. Besides, the products have to pass the test requirements per different customers before delivering out.
Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
Our factory owns a laboratory to do the physical test, chemical tests, and timers. Meanwhile, we have a 15 members QC team to do the in-line inspection, final inspection, factory audits, and complete SOP in each process to ensure the quality.
